Hi Jake, From what I've seen so far, these forms are used for Service Level Management 7.0 You can configure a Service Target in SLM to use a "Business Entity". You then relate each Business Time "Segment" to the "Entity" it belongs to in a Parent-Child, One to Many type heirarchy. The Entity is the Parent and the Segment is the Child. The purpose of these forms may extend beyond this, but I haven't seen any other specific use for it yet. Yes - Documentation is quite vague for this. HTH Chris
