In a window, I have throttled it down to 192k
(which is around 230ish in actual bandwidth).
Not bad, but passable.
BUT, when let loose (almost 700) it looks pretty
darn good piped into my big screen tv.
Also, check out orb.com kind of a
Free software slingbox. Allows you to access you home PC (music, video,
pictures, any file or folder), and if it has a TV tuner card in it, you
can also watch tv.
