Stephen,

I would start by looking at the three default operations that a new
web service is created with. (Right click on the form and "Create a
WebService".)

Unless they altered that behaviour in the v7 admin tool? ( I do not
think I have created a new WS in v7 yet... Hum...) Ok. I just checked
and it now has 4 default operations. Maybe it has always been 4 and
not 3... Oh well, but they are there in v7 too.

And it looks like they have also added a "chunking" feature in v7 Web
Serivces too. How interesting. I have yet to stumble across that in
the "What's new docs/Sessions at BUG 2006." Go figure that I would
learn something new from trying to help someone else. (So where is the
ARSList KB so that I can capture that experience for future reference?
)

All,

I'm trying to create a couple of WebServices that will allow us to
expose a remedy form via a webservice so that an external application
can query remedy via the webservice to retrieve records...

I'm having some problems understanding how to define a webservice to
perform this function, we've got 'create' operations running fine just
the queries left.

I've been through the ARS 7.0 Integrating book and it's still not much
clearer :(

Any pointers or advice on this would be much appreciated.

Stephen.
