Hi, I have problem with our Web Services. When it has not been activated during 30 minutes the responce time is about 30 secounds. When the Web Services has been activated recently, the responce time is less than 1 secound.
Question 1: I wounder what causes this longer responce time? Question 2: I wounder if there is a workaround?
