Just tried, it's not in the .def.

I manually added the new view to archive form in the .def file. I then imported the modified archive form. I was then able to add fields to the main form as normal. The new fields all came through to the archive form properly. This is obviously not a solution but more of a confirmation that the missing view on the archive form is the cause of the issue.

Re: Problem with Remedy Archiving when adding Views to the form.

Chris,

Have you have exported the archive form and looked for that field ID in the def?

Maybe.. Just maybe.. .this field is there, but in zero views?

BTW: The error text in v6.3 and v7.0 docs have drastically changed for
this error code. (How strange.)
