** I would just go for an After Submit AL. With my old employee the helpdesk agent that logged every 10.000th ticket would have to get cake for the rest of the crew, for every 100.000th ticket the manager would get cake. This would however create really strange situations, where people would open 10 tickets beforehand so they make sure that they will not be the one opening the 10.000th ticket. And it is of course really sad if an interface grabs the 10.000th request, interfaces can not pay for cake....

anyway, have fun with it...

Hi, this has been asked before, when is request-id available in workflow? I though a filter on submit could check 'Post-id' = "000100", but it is not firing. But I get it to work with an AL after submit. I guess as designed, and I also guess that it's available in filterphase 'notify'. But I need it on/after submit - so, comments? Is an AL after submit the right way?
