how many concurrent users would be logged in to the system at peak times? How many tickets are there in HPD:Helpdesk and how many tickets would you normally log per day (or week, or month)
And I guess there is no such thing as Helpdesk v6.3. You would probably mean Helpdesk 6 and Remedy 6.3...?
