Thanks Matt Yes. I am trying to expose a drop down menu in the web service. The client does not want to place mid tier outside the firewall and the folks that are going to access this form are the general public outside of the company.
Do you have another solution on how I could present a webpage that would allow the general public to select data from a couple of menus and then submit it directly to Remedy. I could use your input on this.
