Hello Harikrishna,

I had it once that when trying to run the report without the ODBC Underscores option checked, that the error message you wrote was thrown.

After checking that option that error messages was still being thrown.

After deleting the form cache on the client, it worked fine.

Just a thought, Greetings, Robert

Subject: Query Engine Error

Hi All,

Problem

While running Crystal Reports in Remedy User Tool it throws Query Engine Error in the Production Server. But in Acceptance Server it works fine.

"Error in file.........rpt: Query Engine Error".

Adjust the date format in the User Tool under Tools > Options > Locale tab > Date/Time style to custom - MM/dd/yyyy and I tried with the

ODBC Use Underscores.

Tried with the above solutions but it did not help getting the same error.

Any suggestions.

Please help.

Regards,

Harikrishna
