Not sure if this is breaking the Remedy rule on licenses bur you could set
up an active link to set all the field to a new form and then submit that
one and not save the original.

Hi Listers,
ARS 6.3
HD/SLA/Asset Mgt 6.0
We’ve been trying to implement customer surveys and had thought we’d got it
by making Submitter Mode Locked. However, by locking this, we’re unable to
change the Requester name on current HD jobs (something that,
unfortunately, happens every day as requesters for jobs change, either due
to logging errors or change of roles). Here’s the error message we’re
getting:
ARERR [371] You cannot change the value of the Submitter field --
the "Submitter Mode" of the system is configured to be locked :
SHR:ConsolidatedList : Submitter
Have any of you successfully implemented Remedy’s customer surveys? We
need help!
