Chris,
I don't know ITSM (we roll our own), but an easy thing to look for is
a Filter action that initializes $Email Subject Body$. After the Set
Fields or Push Fields that populates it, if there's a later Set Fields or
Push Fields that resets it to $NULL$ (or some other value), even if it's
Execution Order follows the Notify, it would be reset before the Notify -
Set Fields actions are processed in Filter phase 1, Push Fields in Filter
phase 2, and Notify actions in Filter phase 3. It would cause the symptom
you describe.

List,
Running ITSM v7. Having some issues with notification emails being sent out
without a body. Examing the filter log, the body is there all the way up to
and including the Notify Action. (The notify action has Text = $Email
Subject Body$). However, at some point between that action and when it
reaches the 'AR System Email Messages' form the body dissappears and is
sent out without a body.
Trying to understand every action that happens after the Notify Action. Any
thoughts on what may be happening here or furthur troubleshooting steps to
take?
