We are specifically looking for:

 

Were you able to use it out of the box without much customization? 

How was their support? 

Did they provide enhancements/fixes in a timely manner? 

We had a demo but they showed it to us running in 5.0.  Did it run in version 6.3 or greater without much trouble? 

How did some of their custom stuff work on the web?  Etc.

I just wanted to know if anyone out there is using some programs from a Vendor called Project Remedies Inc. I am specifically looking for feedback on      

 

IT Project Portfolio Manager (IT PPM) & ActionProgram Manager (APM)

 

Wanted to know how long you have had it and what version you are running it and any other pros or cons.
