What did you try? Did you use arimportcmd? Did you use the Import tool?  It is 
possible. I have done this many times but I was under oracle and UNIX.  It 
should still work though.  I assume you will use the Import Tool. You do have 
to be careful with csv files if you data has passwords or you have leading 
zeros in the Request ID field.  Maybe if you can be more specific with the 
problem you are having I could help you.

I have big data on excell and my manager is telling me it is possible to 
upgrade the existing data on remedy form by importing this csv file.  Can 
anybody tell me if that is possible and how?  I tried it and it didn't work for 
me.

      Remedy 5.1.2
