Actually the manual says it is the com.remedy.arsys.emaildaemon. <server_name>.Interval=30 setting that needs to be adjusted for template >changes< to be picked up. I guess I'm a pretty patient guy to wait 30 minutes before pulling my hair out. Thanks for the answer.
