I use this in the select statement for defining the Arrival Time field in Business Objects Designer:
to_date('01/01/1970 00:00:00', 'MM/DD/YYYY HH24:MI:SS') + ((ARS.HPD_HELPDESK_AA.ARRIVAL_TIME-(60*60*5))/(60*60*24))
