When an end user see or is notified that their Hekpdesk case is resolved.  
They have the option to reopen the case by changing the status in confirm 
Resolution field to "reopen"  The issue is they will get an error message 
saying they do not have access to form SHR:Assignment.  If I make public 
have read access everything works.  Question has anyone done this or is 
their another way around it?
