I have been working with a DBA who setup a table on the AR System database.
I noted that one field on the table needed to be removed but since the DBA had removed the column from the oracle table, I keep getting the errors from the view when I try to remove the field from the view itself:
Failure during SQL operation to the database : ORA-00904: "EMP_NUM": invalid identifier (ARERR 552).
I basically cannot save the form by removing this field and every time I try to add another field I get the same error.
It seems that the view form is now corrupt.
I have also tried to export the form into a .def file and edited the def file and moved the num-fields down one and removed the part of the file that references the field but I still get the same error that is above.
I rather not delete the form and all workflow because of this.
Does anyone know of a way out of this?
I also removed any references to the field and even tried to change the field name used in the view for the field to another field but I still get the same result.
