Hi,
Our users send an email from Outlook and workflow generates a HPD
ticket. The email attachments are not working. I was told though
that the attachments once did work, however I did not see any workflow pointing
to this functionality. The attachment is pushed into the AR System Email
Messages form, and the HPD ticket is generated via a custom
form 'ExternalTickets', however the attachment is not being passed into
the ticket. There is workflow pushing info into AR System Email
Attachment join form and AR System Email Association form. Is there a
simpler way of pushing the attachments thru to the form without going thru the
entire template process? I have attempted to create a template
before, without success.
