ServletExec continues to be supported. This is covered in the FAQ section of
the document:

Will ServletExec continue to be supported in releases after BMC Remedy AR
System version 7.0.00?

There are two facets to this question:

Compatibility

o BMC intends to continue test the BMC Remedy AR System product with
ServletExec. There are no current plans to remove ServletExec from the
compatibility matrix for current or future releases.

Customer Support

o Customers who received ServletExec as part of a release prior to BMC Remedy
AR System version 7.0.01 may contact BMC for "first level" support of
ServletExec in relation to the use of ServletExec with BMC Remedy AR System.
BMC retains its support relationship with New Atlanta and can represent
customer issues or report defects directly to New Atlanta.

o New customers who purchase a release of BMC Remedy AR System after version
7.0.01 may contact BMC for support of BMC Remedy AR System in relation to the
use of ServletExec with AR System. However, customers who purchased ServletExec
directly from New Atlanta may be referred back to New Atlanta for defects or
issues with ServletExec itself.

If I understand this document correct; an upgrade to 7.00.01 of mid.tier and
there is no support for servletexec from Remedy?

Another interesting direction; if you want to run the collector in SLM you need
to install JBOSS.
