Bob,
While I am not sure of exactly what your doing.... I would be cautious
of "removing it" or even moving it to a later execution order. You
might find that some workflow expected it to happen at that time and
that by moving it you are some how breaking other things.
Just a thought...
One alternate suggestion... How about put all of the "new stuff" into
an active link guide and simply add a call guide action before the
action in question. That way you get to add as much stuff as you want
and you do not have to make a "major" change to the existing workflow.

Is this the same as just doing a commit? It seems to do a little bit more,
like open a message box and close the window. Anyone know what exactly this
process does? I am wondering if I can remove this from our Change Request
