Good Tuesday morning everyone...

Has anyone attempted to link to vendor support sites using bidirectional XML/webservices to submit/update/close support tickets?

I've not yet contacted any of the companies to verify their ability to use webservices; I figured I'd bounce it off the list first before trying to explain exactly what a webservice is to a support person... :-)

Our top vendors (where this would prove most useful) are Symbol, IBM and NCR and Xerox.

Any info would be appreciated.
