I wonder if you are missing that AL then cause I got 2 responses from 2
listers on here giving me info on what should be in that AL..
The guide that should have been there in it has to do with dashboards...

Apparently, you are working in a customized environment as I have a fresh
install of CSS 5.6 and there is no Active Link named
SPRT:SHARE:Console:Refresh IssueHighlights. Each console has an active link
called SPRT:<consolename>:Refresh IssueHighlights.
