Hi,
Our dev server (on which web services work) has the following plugins in the ar.conf
Plugin: /usr/ar/accessdevapp/bin/reportplugin.so Plugin: /usr/ar/accessdevapp/bin/ardbcldap.so Plugin: /usr/ar/accessdevapp/bin/arealdap.so Plugin: /usr/ar/accessdevapp/bin/ardbcconf.so Plugin: /usr/ar/accessdevapp/bin/libwebservice.so
Our live server (on which web services don’t work) has the following plugins in the ar.conf
Plugin: /usr/ar/accessapp/bin/reportplugin.so
I’d take decent guess that we need to add the libwebservice.so to the live config….but what are the other ones…ie the 3 beginning with ar*… Cheers, Paul Clements Phone: 0141 418 1332 -----Original

It sounds like you are missing the line in your ar.conf (ar.cfg for Windows) file that loads the webservice plugin. Compare the config files between the servers to see which plugins are loaded on the dev server that are not loaded on your live server.

For info we have one extra jar file on our dev server (arapi51.jar)…not sure if this is the problem. Can somebody confirm what we need to put on our live server to get web services to work.
