Well, shouldn't you be able to launch a "process" from the client with an active link? Thought I read that somewhere in the list a few days/weeks ago..
On the midtier, I would think this would be a lot easier. You could you just include a HTML achor tag into the page header or footer? On the Client though, I believe, and I'm just theorizing, that you can do a "Run Process" action and just put in the path to the email client. It is possible though that everyone isn't using the "correct" email client with their own company, so you might be limited in that aspect. Also, I'm not sure if this works, but if I do a run command in windows: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] it pops up the appropriate email client with the to field filled in. Not sure if this is possible from a remedy stand point but maybe points you in the right direction.
