Thanks Roger - That makes absolute sense to me and my guess is that will most
likely be the best way to go. Now, if only I knew what they wanted - LOL.

Since Microsft CRM runs on SQL Server you should be able to use SQL Server to
at least map fields and do data transfers. If you need more sophisticated
connectivity a vendor form will meet your needs.

Subject: QUESTION: Microsoft CRM to Remedy Integration Feedback?

**
Has anyone done this? I am being asked by management about the possibilities
of integrating a new implementation of Microsoft's CRM product for our business
units with our existing Remedy ITSM apps. I am not finding any docs or KB
entries on Supportweb. Since this is an exploratory question and since I don't
have any specific requirements and since I know absolutely nothing about
Microsoft CRM, I am hoping some one out there might have some insight into how
Microsoft CRM might integrate with Remedy. I have the full-blown suite of 6.0
apps on 6.3 ARS server but I believe they will only be interested in
integrating to the Help Desk portion.
Thanks in advance for any help.
