Our client has a server in which they have installed Incident Management and Problem Management 7.0 on a MS SQL database. I'm not sure what happened here, but they somehow screwed up and the following files are missing:
ardbcquery.dll and caieventcmd.dll. I've managed to get these two files from a contact of mine but he has since left for vacation which leads me to the following question: where are they supposed to go? And what am I supposed to do with the ar.cfg for this? I was told this file needs to be worked on if I am adding .dll files to the app. Thanks.
