I had this problem on other fields and it got solved when I checked 'Allow any user to Submit'. Don't recall if this option is there with attachments.

I did that to all three fields, as well as the Attachment Pool field. None of this changed the error message or the failure to create a ticket with an attachment. Any ideas out there from the list? ____________________________________________________________________________ ___ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at http://www.wwrug.org _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at http://www.wwrug.org
