One more suggestion, try setting her DPI to 96. It
worked the last time I saw this problem. (Start, Control Settings,
Display, Settings tab, Advanced Button)

Reset her default fonts (Tools --> Options --> Display) and see if
that helps. Failing that, ensure that she doesn't have some weird video
setup or something.

Greetings everybody,
I have an "one off error" in that it's only happening to one person, when
she opens a form on her computer it's a mess. I've had her log into my
computer and everything looks fine. Can somebody help me with this, it's
like there's a cache file on her computer that's holding the old version of
the form.
