Hi, I am in the process of upgrading Midtier V6.3 patch 18 to Midtier V7.0.1 but on solaris/apache/tomcat againt our V6.0.1 Remedy Server.
I have noticed a slight improvement in terms of speed but not much. We also have a number of unresolved issues with this upgrade relating to the ClientCore.js file for Internet Explorer and Firefox and also a Character Set Display issue ( i.e. accented characters not displaying properly).
