Title: RE: ITSM 6 Licenses on ARS 7 Server

Rick:

Igor stated that there is no server license, just the default 3 licenses.  If I'm incorrect, sorry.

I think you can run an unlicensed AR Server with ITSM apps up to, but not including, ITSM 6.0.  After that, the CMDB is included, which  requires multi-threading, which requires an AR Server license.  I believe that the deployable applications that ITSM 7 uses also require an AR Server license.

But if Igor's got application licenses, odds are he has an AR Server license, too, so I'm not sure that's his problem.

Is is not true that you cannot run an unlicensed server with the ITSM applications.  This would cause the problem that

        Igor sees?

I think there's a KB for this one that suggests deleting your multilicense.ar <http://multilicense.ar/>  file, I think it's called.  When you restart ARS, it should generate another.
