Michiel,

You hit the nail on the head with your second option - I will take a
look at Aeroprise.

Thanks,
Sharon

Subject: Re: Alternate solutions to replace Palm Link for Asset Count

Sharon,

Your e-mail was not really clear to me; what are you trying to achieve?

If you want to discover assets on your network (wired infrastructure)
you could try using a discovery tool, such as Microsoft SMS or BMC
Discovery Express and loading the results in AST:Asset.
If you would like to use a handheld computer to store information and
merge that into AST:Asset you could try products as Aeroprise. They
allow to collect information on your PDA and synchronize that with
Remedy when you get back in your office and connect your PDA to your
computer.

Kind regards,

Michiel
