It should be fairly simple for OS and applications, but think of all the devices that cannot be upgraded like VCR, DVR, etc. That will be fun.
And the US are going this one alone, so there will be an impact on international businesses, where the time difference will be one extra hour for several weeks. There was already a difference for one week between the US and Europe when going to DST. This will now be 5-7 weeks.
