I am wanting to
graph the Remedy MIB tree in Cacti and before I do all the work to map each oid
so that Cacti can pull it, I was wondering if anyone has done this before and if
so, could I get a copy of your template or xml? We are trying to debug a
memory leak and would like some additional information. The box is already
being graphed in Cacti which is how we're seeing the memory leak, but I would
like to get Remedy's MIB Tree in there as well so that when we see a significant
drop in memory, we can check internal Remedy statistics as well to see what also
happened at that specific time.
And yes, we have
tied the memory leak to the arservapd process.
