We have a server running Remedy AR System 6.3, SQL Server 2000 and Crystal Reports 10. There are 40 client users, generating a large number of Crystal reports. The time to generate a single page simple report is varying from <2 secs to >20 secs. Is there anything we can do to get all reports produced quickly ? Thanks.
