I installed the problem management 7.0 and access the problem console. 
Then some error message occurred like this:
ARERR [8939] The AR System Plug-In server is not responding.  Cannot 
connect to the system at this time.  Contact your AR System Administrator 
for assistance. : RPC: Timed out
   I found the form PBM:Problem Management Console.It has a table which 
getting data from SHR:ARDBC_OverviewConsole.I think perhaps it need some 
configurations of ARDBC.
   Has anybody met it before and can give me some help?
