My management felt that it was a lot of money and was considering dropping it if we could get the buy the upgrades.  In the past Remedy support has been great, but this year they are not as responsive as in the past.  We are going to keep it.

Is it - because your system is "static/not changing" and you are comfortable with supporting it yourself?

Is it - because support is too much money for what you are getting?

Is it - you have a custom system - and support doe not provide what you need?
