When looking at the background images from the ITSM apps and ARS ( in
ITSM 6.0, and the Home page form ARS 6.3), the images seem to be gif
files when you save them from the form. However, you can not add a gif
file only JPEG and Bitmap files. Is there any way to get around this? I
have custom jpeg files but I would think a gif would be smaller file?
