Good morning all,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a shift scheduler that interfaces with 7.0 auto-assignment?
We are a 6 by 24 shop with teams in different time zones. The members of these teams work all types of different schedules. So I need a package that would keep track of their availability to have issues auto-assigned as well as when they working. I know that BMC had created something like that for their support center.
So I was wondering if someone else had created something like this or knows of a product that is currently in place.
