No Holiday Definition Exists with the Specify Tag

** Hi all,   Wonder if you can help me please. On the change module of ITSM 6.0 running on ARS 6.3 I am getting the following error: No Holiday Definition Exists with the Specify Tag, on modify.   This use to be a bug in version 5 and 4.
