I just remembered! What I had to do is put my Holiday time tag in double quotes... did you try this.
 
If you haven't then you'll notice in the logs (I can't remember what log file but I'm pretty sure it was the SQL log) that the holiday time tag resolves a "date and time" field with a space between them. It's the space that the system doesn't like!
