Hi, I have just taken over as Sys Admin and was wondering what is the best way to find a form in the forms list when you dont know the name. For instance, I have the form on my client that is called HPD:Helpdesk. I am trying to change the way the form looks in the client. When I click on the HPD:Helpdesk it is only the the web form. I cannot find the client version of the form anywhere. As far as I understand we used all the standard Remedy form names. We just migrated from 5.5 to ARS 6.3 at the end of August. Thanks Katherine.
