You might want to think about pushing the data from the Vendor form to a work form so you can massage the data before pushing it to SHR:People. You might also want to think about using some kind of paging to get the records in increments since, as stated before, the more users in AD the longer it takes to pull down and all other escalations are on hold til this one is completed.
