I also heard that Viadyne was the entity in charge of the Supportweb
"upgrade".  Not exactly riding a sparkling track record of success, are
they?

Unfortunately, all of the items you've listed are due to the fact that BMC
bought Viadyne (once viaTIL then BMC rebranded it to ITSP) and has since
morphed their product and the old ITSM into the newest version (ITSM 7)

To me this is just carelessness but not something I'm surprised at
considering the source
