In the install and config docs, UTF-16 is only used by Microsoft SQL Server, so we have it configured as UTF-8.
This is a big problem because if this is really the way it works, I will need to reinstall again as non-unicode. My thought is the same... Unicode is supported (but just a little...) Any comments about this?
