Did you confirm (with filter logs) that the notification action is
using the correct Outbound Mailbox Config?

Did you change the Mailbox config in the last 60 minutes?

Did you restart the email engine after the Mailbox config change?
(Sometimes it is needed, but it should not be required. Bugs abound in
the caching of config stuff in the Email Engine.)

I am have problems with the default header and footer template. The
templates have been attached on template form and the logos are attached on

and footer templates as default. When i receive any email with text content
template the header and footer do not display but it displays the logos for
