We also looked at doing E-Bonding between Remedy and AT&T.  The project was 
cancelled after a while because of the complexity that was required.  
The amount of forms and logic and infrastructure we would have had to build 
and maintain really wasn't worth it for the amount of tickets we needed to 
push over.  We got something like 900 pages of doc from AT&T.   When we 
started to plan out the new schema's and linkages we quickly realized that 
it wasn't worth the effort.  Also, AT&T claimed they had experience 
integrating with Remedy through e-bonding and claimed it was easy.  After 
discussions we learned that they had never actually done it.  AT&T is a 
Remedy shop...so we wanted to just use DSO or something easy instead of the 
complicated e-bonding thing they had put together.  But they wouldnt go for 
it.  Good luck.  Please let us know if it works for you...and how you got 
it to work.
