Hi Lister, Right now we are trying to improve our Asset Management & Inventories business processes, which currently involve an intermediate database, etc. We are looking into MagicWand to replace our current barcode system and would like to hear from any one who is actually using this product. Right now all its talk about is using MagicWand with Service Desk Express (SDE) which we don't use. Would like to know if it will work well with Remedy and other module? Also would like to know what would the benefit of using Configuration Management Express by BMC versus SMS or Tivoli for the auto discovery tool.
