You should be able to view a Remedy form that is made available via a Mid-tier server and appropriate Web Server software. Keep in mind that you'll probably be well-served to format a particular view of the form(s) to fit the screen format and memory limitations of the Palm.
Application providers like Aeroprise take care of a lot of those things for you, or give you easy to use configuration tools to do so.
