I know ARS creates background schemas of its own like ARSCHEMA and FILTERS... etc., and since it functions across several DB platforms, I didn't think it would have total reliance on Oracle default schemas. But, if it does make use of them, say to improve performance when on Oracle, I didn't want to break it. We are using a testbed for the first pass, so we shouldn't do too much damage either way. I've also asked Remedy Support, and will post an update on their response. You were much quicker, and I know you've done installs many times over the years!
