That's interesting on OE. Here is an excerpt from my (pretty darn fast actually) Remedy Support response:
"ARSystem uses its own Table Space and Schema so none of the ones listed would apply, unless the previous install was put in one of them? which is doubtful considering the issues you would have. " We definitely didn't put the install in one of them, so it seems we are clear, except for the possible OE implications which I'm still reading. Thanks a lot for your help.
